Two ways to reach us
We are a small team, so please give us a little time to reply. If your situation is urgent or you are in immediate danger, always call 999.
We are moving buildings
Our programmes are running as normal, but our address is changing. Please contact us before visiting and we will confirm exactly where to come.
Appointments only
This keeps our groups small, private and safe. Message us by email or WhatsApp to book a place.
If you are in danger right now

Support our work
A small gift, a very different week for a woman in Aylesbury
We are a small, local, not-for-profit centre. Donations pay for nappies, packed lunches, course materials and the quiet cup of tea that helps a woman feel safe enough to talk. Every pound stays here, in this town.
£5
Nappies & wipes
Provides a pack of nappies and wipes for a family using our Baby Bank.
£10
Packed lunches
Packs several Munchies lunches for children during the half-term holidays.
£25
A place in a class
Covers materials and refreshments for a woman attending a week of English or Financial Resilience.
£50
A safer week
Helps fund a session of the Freedom or Flourish programmes for a survivor of abuse.
